Within a management system of an organization, regardless of its specialty (quality, environment, occupational health, social responsibility, etc.), the management of nonconformities is essential, so that they are effectively closed and avoid their recurrence While there is no perfect system, the success of eliminating undesirable situations depends on how elaborate the research is done to detect the root causes of the problem.

When an incident occurs, its cause is usually attributed to what we can see or detect quickly, that is, the immediate or direct causes, and therefore, actions are taken to avoid them. However, the problem may persist if the root cause, which caused the situation, is not identified.

Properly applying the knowledge taught in the course of problem solving through root cause analysis, will help to avoid the recurrence of undesirable situations and nonconformities in your organization.
